1. Mandatory Requirement: The Ethics and Professional Skills Module is a mandatory component of the ACCA qualification program. Students must complete this module to become ACCA members.
2. Structure : The module is divided into two sections: Ethics and Professional Skills. The Ethics section focuses on ethical behavior, theories, and principles, while the Professional Skills section covers topics such as corporate governance, personal effectiveness, and professional skepticism. The module has 10 units, with 7 learning units and 3 assessment and support units.

3. Duration-The online learning module requires approximately 20 Hours to complete.
4. Pricing-The Price of the module is 75 Euros as per the ACCA website .This is one time cost for the module . Once a student has paid for the module they will be able to attempt the assessment multiple time and have unlimited access to the rest of the module content.
5. Teaching Methods: The module employs a variety of teaching methods to facilitate learning. These may include lectures, case studies, interactive workshops, group discussions, and access to online learning resources. The diverse teaching methods help students understand and apply ethical concepts in practical scenarios.
6. Assessments: The module includes assessments to evaluate students' understanding and application of ethical principles and professional skills. The assessments can include written exams, group projects, presentations, and reflective reports. They provide students with opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge and receive feedback from tutors and peers. There is a 2 hour time limit in place to complete the final assessment. The final assessment consists of 14 questions – two objective test questions from each of the first seven units with required passing marks of 50%.
